Child safeguarding myth-busting

People working in organisations are often hesitant to report their child safeguarding concerns because they believe certain myths to be true. It is critically important to bust these common myths, and to spread awareness of the facts, so that more concerns do get reported, and help ensure that children are being protected from abuse.
As part of Keeping Children Safe’s myth-busting drive we have launched a social media campaign highlighting some of the most common myths. Please do use and share these slides freely – and become a myth-buster yourself!
