WePROTECT joins the KCS network
A big welcome to WePROTECT, who have joined our global Child Safeguarding member network.
The WePROTECT Global Alliance to End Child Sexual Exploitation Online is an international movement dedicated to national and global action to end the sexual exploitation of children online. The movement works to end the sexual exploitation of children by putting online child sexual abuse on the global agenda, and mobilising an international campaign to end it.
In delivering their vision, the WePROTECT Global Alliance supports the landmark commitment by world leaders to end abuse, exploitation, trafficking and all forms of violence and abuse of children by 2030 as part of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The movement has gained unprecedented reach, with 84 countries already members, along with major international organisations, 24 of the biggest names in the global technology industry, and 20 leading civil society organisations.
We are looking forward to working with them in strengthening their safeguarding measures, participating in the network and future events, and their work in ending sexual exploitation of children online. \
