Al ser una escuela nueva, ven una oportunidad \u00fanica para integrar la protecci\u00f3n infantil organizacional en su cultura desde el primer momento.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al sumarse a la Red de Miembros de KCS buscan alinear su enfoque de protecci\u00f3n infantil organizacional con las buenas pr\u00e1cticas reconocidas internacionalmente. La directora de Pedagog\u00eda de CIBS, Daisy Gava, dijo a KCS: \u00abNuestro objetivo es contar con pol\u00edticas y procedimientos integrales en vigor, capacitaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica del personal, v\u00edas claras de denuncia y una comunidad que entienda que la protecci\u00f3n infantil organizacional es responsabilidad de todos\u00bb.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, CIBS tiene como objetivo implementar pol\u00edticas y procedimientos integrales y construir una comunidad escolar que comprenda que la protecci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes es una responsabilidad conjunta. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mensaje de CIBS a nuestra comunidad: \u00abCreemos que cuando ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as se sienten seguros\/as, respetados\/as y apoyados\/as, desarrollan la confianza necesaria para aprender, crecer y convertirse en ciudadanos\/as globales compasivos\/as.
