Every organisation needs to think about the implications of their work and make sure they are not putting children at risk of abuse. Are you sure your organisation in not putting children at serious risk of abuse?
Our free, no-obligation self-assessment is a powerful tool that helps you gain a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of your organisation’s child safeguarding implementation. This is the first step of a journey that will enable your organisation to implement the best and most appropriate child safeguarding measures.
You will learn that, while the development of strong safeguarding policies is essential, this is just the start of a much deeper process of self-reflection, engagement, leadership and accountability that will get your organisation to a point at which it can start to embed robust safeguarding systems and processes within its working culture.
How it works
The self-assessment tool consists of six short pages, and takes about 30 minutes to complete. The results will be emailed to you with advice about actions you may need to take to ensure children are kept safe. None of the information you enter in this tool will be saved on our servers. Your results are confidential, and never shared with anyone else.
During the self-assessment, you will be asked to think about four different aspects of your organisation. These are based on the four International Child Safeguarding Standards: policy, people, procedures and accountability. To strengthen your organisation’s safeguarding practices, policies and culture, you should review the lessons learnt from this self-assessment as soon as possible.
It all begins here…
Start your self-assessment here. It contains five sections that need to be considered to get a fuller picture of how your organisation’s child safeguarding is doing.
