How it works
The self-assessment tool consists of six short pages, and takes about 30 minutes to complete. The results will be emailed to you with advice about actions you may need to take to ensure children are kept safe. Your results are confidential, and never shared anyone else.
During the self-assessment, you will be asked to think about four different aspects of your organisation. These are based on the four International Child Safeguarding Standards: policy, people, procedures and accountability.
It all begins here…
Start your self-assessment here. It contains five sections that need to be considered to get a fuller picture of how your organisation’s child safeguarding is doing. You can always go backwards during the process to amend details.
